Custom Fire Extinguisher Tags
St. Louis Tag manufactures a variety of custom fire extinguisher inspection tags for maintaining service, testing & inspection records. All tags can be customized with company or organization-specific contact information as well as logos & regulatory information. They can also feature write-on or hole punch surfaces to make maintaining inspection records even easier.
Tags can be printed on durable weather-resistant materials to help withstand the elements and harsh conditions, like Tyvek and vinyl. They can also be outfitted with other features to maintain their durability, like reinforced metal eyelets and metal wiring.
Federal certification and state licensure requirements mandate that facilities’ fire extinguishers are properly inspected, tested and maintained by professionals on a regular basis.
Whether you’re maintaining monthly or yearly inspections, recharges or hydrostatic tests, St. Louis Tag can make a custom tag for you. View previous custom fire extinguisher tags we've made above for inspiration and contact us for a free quote today.

Tags are typically punched with either 3/16” or 3/8” holes and can be reinforced with fiber patches and/or metal eyelets for securely attaching tags to items.
We offer several standard string materials, including elastic, mercerized cotton, cotton/poly blend, polished cotton twine and a natural option that is similar to jute. These can either be knotted or looped. For more industrial applications, we offer several different types and gauges of metal wire options.
