St. Louis Tag Co. has invested in a state-of-the-art graphics service bureau in order to streamline your pre-press needs. We can handle virtually all of your requirements. For new orders, please follow the directions below or call 1-800-426-8090 for assistance.

New Orders

For those new to ordering from St. Louis Tag, we simply need to get any artwork that you want printed on the tag and your credit information if you intend to be set up with Net 30 terms. You may also want to review our General Terms, Warranties, & Trade Customs.

Getting Artwork to Us

What to Send

• Sketch or Drawing
  Many custom tags only require typesetting and some basic lines and a logo before they are ready to be produced. You can simply email, mail or fax a sketch of the tag you need along with the artwork and we will take care of the rest (some design charges may apply).
  
  
• To download a template for a standard sized tag, please go to the Standard Tag Sizes page and click on the “Download PDF” link.
  
  
• Text Only Artwork
  If your custom tag only consists of text artwork, we can typically typeset these for free.
  
  
• Electronic Artwork
  We can accept files in many formats for both PC and MACs. Please go to the Electronic Artwork Guidelines page for details on supplying us these file types.

Setting Up an Account

We offer NET 30 terms, COD (Cash-on-delivery), CIA (cash-in-advance) or three major credit cards for payment.

To establish credit, please download our Credit Application and fill out an easy-to-prepare PDF file. This credit application must be printed-out and signed by an authorized representative of your company. You may send along a copy of your credit information as well. Please reference your credit information form accordingly and fax, both, OUR credit application form and/or YOUR credit information form to us at 1-800-343-0161.

We also accept 3 major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
