Vinyl hang tags are typically specified when maximum durability and moisture resistance is required. In addition to being durable and moisture resistant like Tyvek tags, vinyl tags stand out for their ability to withstand extreme environments, chemicals, and frequent handling without degrading.

Shapes & Sizes
Like all of our hang tags, we recommend the use of one of our standard 12 sizes with either square, clipped or rounded corners. These sizes minimize waste and maximize value, however, we can produce virtually any size of square, rectangular or circle tags.
Colors & Thickness
We primarily produce vinyl tags in either 10pt. or 14pt. vinyl which are available in the standard colors listed here. Note: Pink is only available in 10pt. material.

Hole & Reinforcement Options
Due to characteristics of the vinyl material and that these hang tags are typically used in more demanding environments for industrial applications, we typically recommend that vinyl hang tags be outfitted with metal eyelets.
The most popular size hole is 3/16", but we also stock 3/8" diameter metal eyelets for those that want to attach the tag using a standard padlock, cable ties or some other attachment. This larger diameter eyelet provides ample room for the tag to be attached to the lock...making it ideal for applications like Lockout-Tagout Tags.
Attachments
While we offer several standard string materials, the fact that vinyl hang tags tend to be used for industrial applications in more rugged environments, leads us to outfit them with one of our standard wire stringing options. We offer several gauges of metal wire that are inserted through each tag and pre-twisted before shipment.
We can also supply vinyl tags without attachments as many customers will used zip ties, padlocks or other methods to attach these tags.
